 01

Focused project

Resolve one defined task.

A review, creative pack, measurement setup or landing page. The proposal names the output and how it will be checked and handed over.

Discuss a focused project

Scope of work

  • One agreed task
  • Clearly defined deliverables
  • Handover and verification of the work
Main deliverable
An agreed individual asset or setup
How we review the stage
We check the completed asset or setup against the agreed deliverables and hand over the work.
Format boundaries
One agreed task. The specific deliverables and acceptance process are defined before work begins; additional tasks are agreed separately.

 02

Preparation and launch

Prepare the pieces your launch actually needs.

Campaigns, creative, landing page and measurement are included only where the agreed task requires them. The stage ends with the agreed launch and initial tests.

Discuss my launch

Scope of work

  • A launch plan and priorities
  • Preparation of the agreed materials
  • Checks, launch and initial tests

 03

Ongoing management

Keep decisions moving after launch.

Agreed campaign work, analysis and tests, with reporting and priorities for the next period. Creative and website work are specified separately in the proposal.

  • Regular reporting and next priorities
Main deliverable
Campaign changes, analysis and further tests
How we review the stage
The report reviews completed changes, analysis and tests. We agree on priorities for the next period.

An agreed management scope. The proposal defines the amount of creative and website work; the reporting period and available sources are agreed at the start.

What determines the quote?

Channels and markets; campaigns and assets; pages and integrations; available materials and access; the work required to answer your question. Share the context first, then review the proposal before approving paid work.

My fee, advertising spend and third-party tools are separate.

A written scope.

Deliverables, timing, fee and responsibilities are defined before work starts. Additional work is agreed separately.

What is your advertising not telling you?

After you send the email, I will clarify the task and propose a scope. Sending an enquiry does not approve paid work.
