Who is responsible

What the form sends

The form passes on what you filled in: name, contact, situation, services, business type, website and your description. It also sends the language, the page address and where the visit came from, such as an ad tag.

I use this to reply and discuss your task. I do not sell it. Enquiries are received by Netlify, which hosts the site, and notifications reach my Gmail inbox.

I keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed for our conversation and possible work together. I will delete it sooner if you ask.

I process an enquiry because you ask me to reply. Analytics runs only with your consent.

If you write to me on WhatsApp or Telegram, those services also process the message under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 counts visits and actions on the site: page views, button clicks, form submissions. The data is kept for 14 months. What you type into the form does not go there.

Microsoft Clarity shows heatmaps and recordings of how people use the site. The contents of form fields are hidden in recordings.

These services set cookies only after you choose “Accept”: _ga and _ga_* for up to 2 years, in Chrome up to 400 days, _clck for a year, _clsk for a day. Microsoft may add its own cookies on its own domain. With “Necessary only”, Clarity stays off, and Google Analytics sets no cookies but still receives events and the page address, with any ad tag, not tied to your browser. If you withdraw consent, the site deletes these cookies and reloads the page. Google Ads and Meta tags are currently off. If I turn them on, the same consent will apply to them.

Netlify, Google and Microsoft may process data outside Ukraine.

What your browser keeps

Your browser remembers your cookie choice and, during a visit, the animation pause, your place on the page and your form choices when switching language, and where the visit came from. The site needs these to work, and they are not sent anywhere separately.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent. Write to olegkopach1@gmail.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the button on this page or at the bottom of any page.

If you think I have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. If you are in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
